Gutti Winther, a famous Faroese chef, believes in using nature in his cooking. Here he holds blue mussels found in Saksun lake. He prepares the mussels with fresh sorrel and Angelika which he has picked along the road on his way to the lake. Gutti travels with a burner and some basic cooking necessities in the back of his car so he doesn't have to go far to cook an amazing meal, with an amazing view.
