Katrina Johannesen runs Kristianshús – a thirty bed guest house catered to tourism on Mykines Island. Together they are looking for ways to incentivize tourism to the island. They are going to refurbish the guesthouse, and have plans in the works for specialized island tours catering to adventure tourism. They have two children who were home schooled on the island which has a permanent population of ten.
